A Rich Heritage
Here at Dudley C. Jackson, Inc., customer service has been our number one priority since 1949. Our company was founded on a growing awareness of our customers' needs, and we take pride in our ability to serve you. Our founder, Dudley C. Jackson, started this business to meet industry's growing need for technical assistance in the lubrication field. In the early 1970's, we increased our emphasis into the areas of pumping and application of paints and sealants. Today we continue to service those markets and have added the fields of marking and coding and advanced filtration.
A Second Generation Commitment to Service
Ken Jackson, our president since 1979, has been recognized as a leader in the business world and in our local community. Recent recognitions include; UAB School of Business "Outstanding Alumni Award", "Executive of the Year" by the Birmingham Business Journal, one of "Birmingham's Best Bosses" by Birmingham Magazine, the American Eagle Award for Outstanding Individual Effort in workplace and community programs, the Sam Walton Business Leader Award "In recognition for dedication to customer service, respect for employees and service to community", and an elected delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business. Ken is also an active member of numerous Boards of community, civic and charitable organizations including: Birmingham Area Chamber of Commerce, UAB School of Business Board of Advisors, Summit Club, Hand-In-Paw, Executive Steering Committee for the Capital Campaign for UAB, and a member of Birmingham Rotary.
